Efficient and excellent staff, had very good stay!!!
There were central heating, an electronic key card, and tea and coffee making equipment in the room, really enjoyed that. The beds were very comfy and the view of Cape Town's hills was particularly nice! It offered us particularly good location just off the city center and the store.

👍
The outdoor areas were well-kept, and the breakfast hit the spot. Staff members were super friendly and eager to help with anything you needed. the rooms were clean and looked like they had just been renovated. Plus, you could catch a glimpse of the mountains from there.

Everything was nice, so were magnificent views of the mountains. The hotel was in a convenient location, on a beach. Moreover, it's really close to the airport as well as transport...

The Bed was the best,
I had a very bad experians with the Hotel, FIrst they gave ne the wrong rates, and for the rate you pay you must get breakfast for the type of room you get and the way the place looks, I have been to mannny hotels all over and I have payed less for more at some places. They did not clean my room as I have put the thing on the door that says please clean room. Its not a hotel its more like a sleepover. Whe trael allot as a family with baby now 18months I am a eassy mom dont need much but shoe having a problem with bringing me a camping cott I don't Know. But as they say every one has their own say.

The helpful staff
There was no fridge and the TV made a noise. For that price I expected more

the room was very nice for the money
the tax to the airport was pretty expensive. I spent 180 from airport to the hotel. I was notified for 219 rands to go to the airport but the driver charged me 250 at the airport which was kinda disappointing

I had a great stay here for a business trip, the rooms were well-kept and had 2 double beds, all for a reasonable price of £1794.

The room was clean and tidy and the driver of the airport shuttle service was very friendly
The cost of the airport shuttle service arranged through the hotel was very expensive. We chose this hotel specifically because it stated it was near to the airport. However the cost of this shuttle service was R640 which was more than the cost of the room for the night!
